Condor Bids Farewell to the B757: Celebrating the End of an Era

Condor Airlines will be saying goodbye to its last Boeing 757-300 in November of 2025, ending the era of Boeing aircraft for the airline after 35 years. The farewell flight is set to take place on November 5, 2025 and will include a special event in Vienna to honor the aircraft.

In celebration of this event, Condor will be auctioning off 75 tickets for the farewell flight starting on September 22, 2025. Interested individuals can purchase these tickets through the Condor Shop website: https://shop.condor.com/pages/boeing-757.

The farewell flight will depart from Frankfurt and make its way to Vienna, where the Boeing 757 will be recognized with a dedicated event. To cap off the day, the flight will return to Frankfurt for the world’s highest party.

Christian Schmitt, COO of Condor, expressed his sentiments about the farewell flight, stating, “By saying goodbye to the Boeing 757, an era at Condor comes to an end. However, this also marks the beginning of a new chapter with an all-Airbus fleet. Condor has also expanded beyond leisure travel, as shown by our new city destinations. Our farewell flight is a combination of nostalgia for our last B757 and excitement for the future, represented by our city destination Vienna.”

For those unable to secure a ticket for the farewell flight, they can still experience the final Boeing 757-300 flights until early November. Condor has plans to operate six B757s until the end of October, connecting Düsseldorf and Frankfurt with popular Mediterranean destinations. The last scheduled flights will be from Frankfurt to Antalya and back, as well as Munich to Antalya and back, from October 27 to 31, 2025. Additionally, there will be a B757 flight from Düsseldorf to Palma on October 29 and from Frankfurt to Hurghada on November 2.

Flights for these routes can be booked online at www.condor.com or through any travel agency. For media inquiries, please contact Condor Airlines’ Corporate Communications department at +49 6107 939 7804 or via email at kommunikation@condor.com.
