Virtue Recovery has added two new members to its outreach team, with Adam Khosroabadi and Chauncy Nash joining to extend national support for families and individuals facing addiction, PTSD, and mental health difficulties.
Adam has taken on the role of Community Outreach Specialist, while Chauncy joins as Business Development Liaison. Their appointment demonstrates Virtue Recovery’s deepened commitment to helping those dealing with substance abuse, mental health challenges, and recovery journeys.
Bringing both professional expertise and lived experience, Adam and Chauncy will play a vital role in strengthening the organisation’s mission to provide connection, advice, and resources for those most in need.
Virtue Recovery runs accredited recovery and detox centres across Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Texas. Zach Young, National Director of Business Development, explained: “When compassion and clinical excellence combine with true collaboration, the result is life-changing. These partnerships expand access to care and ultimately save lives.”
The organisation’s approach is holistic, tackling both substance use and mental health conditions together. Dual-diagnosis programmes blend evidence-based treatment with tailored, compassionate care.
Each client receives an individualised plan that integrates physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing to build long-term recovery and personal transformation.
Services on offer include dual-diagnosis treatment, research-backed therapies, supportive environments that foster hope, and free assessments for those exploring treatment options.
Though recovery is seldom linear, the right support can make lasting change achievable.
Adam will concentrate on outreach for Virtue At The Pointe Recovery Center in Astoria and Virtue Recovery Center in Milwaukie, Oregon.
His professional background spans behavioural health and business development, with recognised expertise in outreach. Within the Portland behavioural health community, he is valued for his trusted relationships, compassion, and ability to support families through complex challenges.
Chauncy brings a wealth of experience in healthcare outreach and programme development. Originally from Oahu, Hawaii, he has served for the last three years as a liaison and regional account manager, where he has strengthened partnerships and improved outcomes for individuals and families.
He holds an Associate of Arts in Business Data Analytics and is working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Software Development, combining technical knowledge with people-centred leadership to bring new perspectives to the role.
With Adam and Chauncy joining the team, Virtue Recovery increases its capacity to engage communities, expand outreach, and improve access to care. Their dedication reflects the organisation’s guiding principles of compassion, integrity, and service.
By strengthening connections with local communities, they will help ensure more people can access the treatment and support essential for recovery, paving the way for lasting transformation.
“Adam and Chauncy bring more than experience – they bring determination and a commitment to helping others heal,” said Michael Banis, Chief Development Officer at Virtue Recovery.
“Their presence strengthens the mission to provide hope, healing, and recovery for individuals and families across Oregon and beyond.”
Virtue Recovery’s Business Development Team continues to grow, underlining the organisation’s focus on expanding access and building collaborative community partnerships. With new leaders like Adam and Chauncy, the network of support grows stronger, meeting varied needs and promoting sustainable recovery.
Recovery at Virtue is about connection, resilience, and transformation. With new outreach leaders in place, that mission is given fresh momentum.
