Harmeen’s distinguished career spans industries such as airlines, investment banking, and telecommunications, with her work impacting over 40 countries. She has consistently harnessed cutting-edge technologies to address complex business challenges and deliver future-proof solutions.
Before joining BT, Harmeen held the role of Group CIO and Head of Cloud & Security Business at Bharti Airtel. In this capacity, she spearheaded digital transformation, engineering, and IT initiatives, while also developing new revenue streams. Her previous senior roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BBVA, and HSBC further reflect her exceptional credentials. Specialising in Neural Networks and AI, Harmeen has received several honours, including the Women of the Decade in Innovation & Leadership Award from the Women Economic Forum and the MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Award.
