Teresa Cameron Named Group CEO of Clear Junction

London, UK – Clear Junction, a leading global provider of cross-border payment and banking services for regulated financial institutions, has announced the appointment of Teresa Cameron as Group Chief Executive Officer. The move comes as part of the company’s strategic evolution and rapid growth, positioning it for the next stage of global expansion.

Cameron, who previously served as Group CFO, will now take on the role of Group CEO, while former CEO and Founder Dima Kats will continue to lead as Group Executive Chair. This change in leadership reflects the company’s continued success and marks a natural evolution in its governance and operations.

Kats commented on the appointment, saying, “Teresa has been an integral part of Clear Junction’s exceptional growth over the past four years. Her leadership and deep understanding of the business made her the obvious choice for this role as we planned for our transition process. I have full confidence in her ability to lead the company towards continued success.”

With over four years of experience at Clear Junction and a successful tenure as Group CFO, Cameron is well-equipped to guide the company’s international growth. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from her previous roles in financial services and technology, including senior finance positions at trading, brokerage, and foreign exchange firms, and leadership roles at not-for-profit media company PRS for Music and student affinity network UNiDAYS.

Cameron expressed her excitement and gratitude for the opportunity, saying, “I am honored to take on the role of Group CEO at Clear Junction. The company has achieved remarkable success in a short time, and I am eager to lead our team towards our next phase of growth. With our talented and ambitious team, we are well-positioned to deepen our relationships with clients, expand our global presence, and create more opportunities for our people.”

Since its launch in 2016, Clear Junction has expanded into a Group structure with licensed subsidiaries across the UK, Europe, and North America, supported by a team of over 150 professionals. The company was recently recognized as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies in the FT 1000 for the second consecutive year.

In addition, Clear Junction has announced that Cameron has handed over her CFO responsibilities to newly appointed CFO Dr. Camelia Ion-Byrne, who joined the company in June. Ion-Byrne brings extensive experience in the financial services and payments industry, having held senior roles at Boku Inc., Paysafe Group, and Optimal Payments.

Clear Junction is committed to providing secure, compliant, and efficient payment solutions for regulated financial institutions globally. The company’s Group structure includes several regulated entities, including Clear Junction Limited, Clear Junction Digital Limited, and Clear Junction Canada Limited.
