Family-run luxury gift company Peach Hampers, based in Hull, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Leadership Excellence category at the Yorkshire & Humberside Family Business Awards 2025.
The nomination recognises Managing Director Brendan Pallant for his exceptional leadership in steering a family business through the unique challenges such enterprises face. The award celebrates leaders who embody innovation, drive sustainable growth, and uphold strong family values.
Operating for over 16 years, Peach Hampers has built a reputation for delivering premium, bespoke gift hampers — earning the company a place among some of the region’s most respected family firms competing for this year’s honours.

As an independent family business, Peach Hampers takes pride in curating every hamper by hand, while also designing and printing its distinctive packaging and branded boxes in-house.

Before the final verdict, the judging panel will visit all shortlisted businesses to gain further insight into their operations. The winners will then be announced at a prestigious awards evening at the Royal Armouries, Leeds, on Friday, 21 November.
