“EU Motors Unveils Groundbreaking Autonomous Balancing System, Boosting UAV & Drone Motor Output by 100%”

Krakow-based manufacturer, EU Motors, has announced that it is set to reach a significant production milestone by September 2025. The company, which specializes in high-performance brushless DC (BLDC) motors for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and drones, plans to produce 100,000 motors per month, thanks to the implementation of a first-in-Europe fully autonomous rotor balancing technology.

The company’s headquarters in Krakow, Poland, has successfully integrated a fully autonomous rotor-balancing machine into its semi-automated production line. This new system dramatically reduces balancing time from over 2 minutes to just 15 seconds per motor, resulting in a significant increase in monthly output from 50,000 to 100,000 units. The company expects to achieve this milestone within the next 30 days.

According to EU Motors CEO, Michael Berger, “Balancing rotors is a delicate process that can easily take an operator over 2 minutes per motor, even with computerized stations. We are excited to be the world’s first BLDC motor manufacturer outside of China to utilize a fully autonomous balancing system, capable of balancing a motor in under 15 seconds without any operator.”

EU Motors prides itself on its end-to-end European manufacturing process. All of their products are designed, engineered, and manufactured entirely in Poland. Their state-of-the-art factory includes six autonomous winding stations, as well as automated magnet-assembly, precision balancing, quality-control, and test cells. The company also offers specialized coatings for their motors, making them ideal for demanding commercial, industrial, and defense-grade UAV applications.

EU Motors is on track to achieve a fully autonomous production line by the end of 2025, highlighting Europe’s supply-chain resilience for critical drone components. “Our goal is to reinforce Europe’s position in the UAV and drone market by utilizing our European engineering expertise and state-of-the-art automation to deliver reliable and high-efficiency BLDC motors at scale,” said Berger.
