TeamSystem strengthens its portfolio of data management and analytics solutions across Europe through the acquisition of ClicData, a leading French SaaS platform. The acquisition was announced on Friday, July 4th, 2025.
TeamSystem, a renowned technology and AI company that specializes in developing digital business management solutions for SMEs and professionals, has acquired 100% of ClicData, a French scale-up that offers SaaS solutions for data management and analytics. Founded in 2008 by Telmo Silva and Hélène Clary, ClicData provides an end-to-end platform for data management and reporting analytics. With its cloud-native technology, ClicData serves over 500 customers in Europe and North America, allowing them to integrate, transform, and visualize data from more than 250 different sources through interactive dashboards, predictive analytics, and AI-based features. In 2024, the company generated a revenue of approximately €3.4 million.
This strategic acquisition is a significant milestone for TeamSystem, as it aligns with the company’s open innovation and product development goals. With the addition of ClicData’s platform to its product offering, TeamSystem will be able to enhance its Business Intelligence (BI) services for its 2.5 million customers, mainly consisting of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses. By incorporating ClicData’s core strength – the ability to manage large data flows from different environments – TeamSystem will expand its technological capabilities in data analytics, further solidifying its position as a preferred partner for the digital transformation of SMEs and professionals in Italy, Europe, and the wider Mediterranean region.
TeamSystem’s customers will have access to a new generation of AI-powered BI tools that will support smarter business decisions through integrated data, intelligent dashboards, and automated insights. This will enable them to stay competitive in an increasingly challenging business landscape.
