AI Translation to Support Multilingual Dialogue at Europe-Asia Economic Summit
Interprefy to deliver real-time translations for three-day event in Davos focused on AI and sustainability
More than 200 delegates attending the Europe-Asia Economic Summit (EAES) 2025 in Davos will benefit from real-time multilingual support, as the event partners with language technology company Interprefy.
Scheduled for 26–28 May at the Davos Congress Centre, the summit will host government ministers, academics, and industry leaders from Europe and Asia. The programme will include discussions on how artificial intelligence and environmental sustainability can support economic cooperation between the two regions.
Interprefy, the summit’s official language technology provider, will deliver live AI-generated speech translation and captions in French, Mandarin, German, Spanish, and Hindi. Attendees will be able to access translations via the Interprefy app or a secure web link, with English as the default floor language.
EAES President Aina Meng said the summit is designed to strengthen dialogue between continents and build links across industries. “We’re proud to gather a group of leaders committed to using AI and sustainability to support global economic collaboration,” she said.
One of the speakers, Interprefy CTO Andrey Schukin, will join a panel on 27 May titled “The Future of AI-Powered Communication: Revolutionizing Content Creation and Distribution”, where he will discuss how translation tools are shaping cross-border communication.
“Real economic dialogue requires more than just a stage, it requires understanding,” said Schukin. “We want to make sure every participant, regardless of language, can contribute meaningfully.”
Interprefy’s services will be used across all sessions, including keynote talks, private meetings, and VVIP dinners, to support consistent communication throughout the summit.
Registrations are open, with guests able to enter the code IPVIP@EAES2025 for a hotel room upgrade.
