eLabNext has announced the integration of its Digital Laboratory Platform with SPT Labtech’s compact and user-friendly barcode scanner, the BioMicroLab Scan. This free integration is accessible through the Marketplace, eLabNext’s application library, which enables users to personalise and extend platform functionalities. The BioMicroLab Scan allows for the rapid scanning and decoding of the most extensive range of tube racks available, including cryotubes, cryovials, cryoboxes, glass vials, and ANSI/SLAS microplate standard labware.
With the addition of the BioMicroLab Scan application, eLabNext users can efficiently manage sample identification across even the most extensive libraries. The direct connection to the platform enables quick and secure storage of critical sample data. The automated transfer of information supports research and data integrity, giving scientists more time to concentrate on other important responsibilities.
