Talogy Announces New Chief Executive Officer to Lead Next Phase of Growth

Talogy, a leading provider of talent assessment and development solutions, and a portfolio company of Waud Capital Partners (WCP), is pleased to announce the appointment of Russ Becker as its new Chief Executive Officer. Russ, an experienced and dynamic executive in the talent market, brings over 20 years of experience to the role and will succeed Steve Tapp, who has been instrumental in leading Talogy through a transformative journey.
In his new role, Russ will be responsible for driving Talogy’s global growth strategy and leading the company in its mission to become the market leader in talent-focused and people-driven assessment and development solutions. Prior to joining Talogy, Russ served as the Co-CEO of GP Strategies, a leading provider of talent transformation and learning & development solutions. He also held senior leadership positions at AchieveForum, which was later acquired by global talent consulting firm Korn Ferry, and TalentPlus. Russ began his career in talent management at Kenexa Corporation, where he rose to the position of Global Head of Assessment and Executive Vice President of Sales before the company was acquired by IBM.
