Last Updated on:

HITEC has unveiled the 100 most influential Hispanic technology leaders for 2025, known as the HITEC 100. Click here to view this year’s HITEC 100.

Each year, HITEC celebrates the accomplishments and contributions of leading US-based Hispanic technology executives, aiming to highlight their impactful leadership while inspiring others to pursue careers in the technology field. HITEC’s mission is to elevate the power and influence of Hispanic technology leaders, fostering lasting equity from the classroom to the boardroom.

“The HITEC 100 leaders inspire our community, they trail-blaze new and exciting paths for our Industry and the society, they are the lighthouse of the art of the possible,” stated Alvaro Celis, HITEC Board Member and Chair of the Awards Committee.

The 2025 HITEC 100 Award recipients include many of the world’s most respected Hispanic leaders from Fortune 100 companies, featuring CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other leaders across various technology fields. This year, 46% of the HITEC 100 Award recipients are Latinas, with honourees coming from 16 different countries across Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. They represent 65 companies, with 38% being recognised with the HITEC 100 Award for the first time.

“Technology is the most critical engine for growth in any business and any sector. Technology leaders, especially those recognised as part of the HITEC 100 are helping drive innovation and the global economy,” said Rosa Ramos-Kwok, HITEC Board Chair. “The HITEC 100 recipients are driving impact and change in their companies and are setting a bright example for rising leaders. The members of the HITEC 100 are the pride of our community!”

Nominations for the HITEC 100 are solicited from HITEC members, partners, and the general public. Awardees are evaluated on the scope and scale of their work, their contributions to the technology sector, their leadership within the evolving global landscape, and their commitment to mentoring the next generation of Hispanic technology leaders.

The HITEC 100 will be recognised at the HITEC 100 & Corporate Awards Gala on Wednesday, 23rd October 2023, as part of the HITEC Fall Leadership Summit, hosted by Capital One in McLean, VA.
